Workers Compensation

When an injury occurs during the course of employment, time is of the essence. Do you know your rights under the law? Employers usually do not advise or explain your rights. An employee may be entitled to a number of benefits including but not limed to:

Medical Benefits (Consisting of medical treatment and prescriptions in connection to the work related injury.)

Dependents of a worker who dies as a result of a work related injury or illness may be eligible to receive death benefits. The benefit amount is disbursed among the surviving dependents.
